Camp info

This is an important message for parents of campers. Camp is next is week and we are still missing a significant amount of paperwork.

No student will be allowed to go to camp without a signed GUSD Field Trip permission slip as well as a GUSD Field Trip/Student Medical Form. With or without medication, students need a completed medical form.

In addition to that, any student bringing ANY type of medication, prescription or over the counter, MUST return the GUSD medication forms with a doctor's signature. Yes, even if you are sending Tylenol you will need your child's doctor to sign the form. All medication and forms must be turned in to Mrs. Porter now. Medication will travel with the teachers and be handed over directly to the camp medic. Students may not possess medication at any time.

This is very important. If you have any questions, please call Mrs. Porter in the front office. 818.244.2113.

Please make sure you have looked at the packing list and are gathering all necessary items. A few extremely important ones are a hat, Chapstick, a small back pack and refillable water bottle.

If you have any questions about camp, please check with your child's teacher.

Camp is going to be a great time.
