How to volunteer for the fun run

Hi families,

The APEX Fun Run is THIS Thursday ,February 25th.  Parent volunteers are needed to check off laps, hand out water and cheer on the kids.  The kids love to have parents, grandparents and siblings cheer them on!

Mrs. Cannon's class is scheduled at 1pm.  If you have children in other classes, all class times are listed on the Volunteer Sign Up form in the  link below.

reminder from 5th grade committee re: panorama photo

Hi everyone,
Just a quick reminder and clarification regarding pictures tomorrow.  Tomorrow is our panoramic and promotion picture day.  Please remember to send your child with their 5th grade shirt.  Pictures will be taken first thing in the morning.  I also wanted to clarify that the pictures are not covered by 5th grade committee.  If you would like pictures, please send in money with your order form that your received last week.

panoramic and promotion photo info

Hello everyone,

We are scheduled to have our panoramic and promotion picture taken on Thursday, February 11th in the morning.  Please make sure that your child brings their 5th grade t-shirt with them for the panoramic picture.  They can wear it over their clothes if they are planning to wear something else for the individual promotion picture.  I will clarify whether or not it is free dress for the individual promotion pictures and get back to you.  You should have received your 5th grade t-shirt by now.  Please contact us if you have not received it.

Hello everyone,

Thank you all so much for being patient as we finalized our financial reports.  We will be holding a meeting Friday, February 19th at 8:15am in the Keppel/Toll cafeteria to go over our numbers and discuss what we need to do to meet our goals.  If you would like to more information, please attend this important meeting.  We still currently have no chair at this time, but are moving forward with all plans.  We have a lot to discuss so please do your best to be there.
